The Registration fees include:
  • attendance to all scientific sessions including live surgery sessions
  • all meeting documentation
  • opening ceremony and welcome cocktail
  • coffee, refreshments and standing light lunch during official breaks 

Group Registration

Group registration is available for Pharmaceutical Companies or Travel Agencies wishing to register persons to the Meeting. Please and follow the on-line system’s instructions, in order to receive your company’s username and password.
NOTICE: Once you receive your company’s username and password, you may revisit the on-line services for any additional reservations, using only your company’s password and username.
Please note that upon final invoicing  on registration Fee the VAT present rate 20% will apply

All Meeting Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Meeting Organising Bureau to avoid being charged the late registration fee.

Terms of payment for registration fees

All payments should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registrations and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

MASTERCARD, VISA credit cards are accepted. On-line payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the Congress on-line registration system.

It is important that a copy of the bank transfer receipt is sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau by fax at +30 210 7257532 or by e-mail at along with the respective Registration Form.

Confirmation of participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. Participants are kindly requested to produce their registration’s confirmation letter upon their check-in at the Registration Desk, operating at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center during the Meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration should be made in writing to the Meeting Organizing Bureau. For every written cancellation received before February 28th 2015, 50% of the registration fee, will be refunded. There will be no refund thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.

Certificate of Attendance

Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Badges and Identification

Registration badges will be used during the Meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Meeting areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of invitation

Participants that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Meeting may address the Meeting Organizing Bureau, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees) and have booked their hotel accommodation. In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, Erasmus S.A. will fully refund registration fees and hotel deposit.
