The Organising Secretariat cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

GUEST ATTENDANCE POLICY
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

VISA
Participants are requested to check with the German consulate or diplomatic mission in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

OFFICIAL LETTER OF INVITATION
An official letter of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries is available upon request from the Organising Secretariat. This invitation is meant only to assist participants to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support.

If you need a Visa Application Support Letter, the Meeting Organising Bureau can provide this letter once:
(a) you have registered for the conference and
(b) your registration fee has been received.

Once you meet these two requirements, please e-mail the Organising Secretariat, challenges@challenges-endourology.com with your full name as it appears on your passport, and the address of the concerning embassy (consulate) where you are going to apply for visa. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, and the conference invitation letter for your visa application will be e-mailed to you.
